Fighting malwares

Last week I did some mistake on my own that let some malwares get in to my notebook. This notebook almost became a brick, but luckily it survived. This is the second time in my life that a virus could actually get in to my system. The first time was like 4-5 years ago. And that is the virus that I get from university lab LoL. This time I got the virus because I accidentally hit the button ignore when my antivirus sent a notification of some malwares trying to get into my system.

Okay. so as soon as I noticed the malwares has infected my system. I put a memo on all the suspicious program that was recorded on both my avast (antivirus) and teatimer (spybot). After hours of cleaning up the file both in secret folder and registry and after several restart. I thought I have done. so I restart once again to make sure everythings fine.

But ALAS, this time I can’t login. Something struck in my head, oow I just realized that I delete a vital registry entry and now my system is dead. I deleted an entry in registry related to LSA which is related to autologon that I used on my system.

After shocking in awe. I went to my friend’s room to borrow pc so I could browse the internet on how to recover from this problem. I found out that with recovery console from windows xp’s cd, one could rebirth a registry structure. so using the recovery console from xp’s cd, I moved the file from repair folder the current system32’s folder. after restart, my pc is reborn. well…. not actually reborn, the whole file, data and program are still there, but the profile is gone. And the program that was installed under my old profile can’t run unless I reinstall them again in my current profile.

For a while it seems fine until I realized. My usb can’t work. after googling a little bit I found out that I’m actually in prefactory setting mode, so again I enter the regedit to edit the registry’s involved.

Ok so right now my pc survived from a near death.

下呂温泉

先日、下呂温泉に行った。温泉って今回は二回目だ。一泊もとまった。行く前に、下呂温泉って愛知県で超有名ていうことは全然知らなかった。名古屋国際センターであった知り合いに誘われたので、思わずあそこに行った。本当によかった。充実した週末だった。

その知り合いは会員なので、結構いい所に泊まった。しかも会員なので、安く行けた。往復バスと泊まる所と朝ごはんは全部含めるとまだ八千円以下だよ。

今回の週末は温泉に満喫しに行った。

メモ：しばらく日本語を使わないとやっぱり駄目だね、なんか変な日本語になっちゃったみたい。

lembur pertama di ruang bebas debu

Pernah liat iklan intel yang lama2 ?  disitu kan dulu pernah dikasih liat tuh beberapa orang kerja di ruangan bebas debu pake baju super ketat untuk bikin micro-chip komputer.  Nah kemaren baru pertama kalinya gue dapat pengalaman masuk ke ruangan seperti itu.

Seblonnya harus pake baju seperti astronot gitu, sepatu boot, sarung tangan yang bener2 ketat, penutu kepala, mask dll. dan seblon masuk ruangannya ada 1 ruangan perantara gitu dimana kita disemprot semacam gas gitu dulu seblon masuk.

Karena kerjaannya berhubungan dengan pc, sebenernya rada susah juga seh ketiknya pake sarung tangan yang ketat gitu (seperti sarung tangan dokter bedah). well anyway akhirnya gue mengalami lembur pertama gue di jepang uhuuy.

another busy day in weekend

today is quite busy. the first thing in the morning I got a call from naruse’s friend. her pc’s keyboard is acting strange and she need to to some work ASAP that’s why I come to the rescue.

because I don’t have a japanese keyboard on my system (I bought my notebook from singapore). so there is no way I can guarantee how to respond through the phone. I got okonomiyaki party in naruse’s house today so I need to be quick. at 10:00 we meet and she drove me to her house.

I take a look at the pc, which turns out the setting is kinda changed by accident, so after I push the mighty button “restore default setting” (written in japanese of course) and the problem is solved. after that I typed in the urgent letter that she need to sent.

for the gratitude she bought me a sandwich at coffe shop and drove me to naruse’s house, although I didn’t demand it, she gave me a little amount of money to spend (nice).

as predicted I got too quickly to naruse’s house. so anyway I eat a lot there. met several guys that I already knew and also a new one. overall there is japanese, polish, turkish, russian, brazilian and indonesian (only me LoL). and time passes so quick. I got fireworks party at night and before I notice it its already almost 18:00. so after saying goodbye I went home to prepare for the next schedule.

after that I went meet linardi (one of my indonesian friend here) and we meet his friend that he got through mixy which is actually a japanese couple. and then meet an indian friend  ( a guy that work with me int the client’s place though in the different department) and after that before the fireworks we went to purikura, yay I always wanted to go there. this is my first time in japan to go to purikura. purikura is a place where we took a picture inside of box etc. we also have this one in indonesia, but in japan, it’s alot cooler. and after that we went to the mountain side to see the fireworks. why the mountain side? because there is no way we can get a place near the fireworks event so we went to place with lesser people.

well today is quite busy but I have some fun today. actually I havent felt this fun for quite a while. so today is a good day for me ^_^

potong rambut dan belajar sepeda >.<

Setelah kemaren dari tempat peter hari ini pergi lagi main ke tempat dia. Dan dia kasi tau tempat gunting rambut yang murah di sekitar tempat dia, so I went and get a haircut.

abis itu balik ke tempat dia , maen ps3, nonton dll. aaaand, the main event of today is…. buat belajar sepeda huhuhu. karena gue ga bisa naek sepeda dari dulu so hari ini gue minta diajarin >.<

wah lumayan malu se awal2 malah pas latihan sempet nabrak pohon lagi ampe tangan kiri gue tergores huhuhu. tapi better late than never so musti kudu latihan lagi. ow and karena badan gue pendek dan sepeda dia rada tinggi so rada susah banget untuk starting awalnya buat gue T_T

ow iya pas pergi awal2nya sempet ketemu toko model shop. mungkin kapan2 bakal liat2 kesono lagi hmm dan pas pulangnya ketemu tempat dokter gigi khusus untuk layanin orang asing. berhubung gusi gue rada2 mungkin bulan depan kalo ada sempet mau kesono.

Yamasa second visit.

Last week I went to see yamasa language school with singaporean friend. This time on friday night, I went with my hungarian friend Peter. And this time I actually had a chance to get in the kitsutsuki (cafetaria near the scholl) and zigzag (the bar near the school).

when we get to the bar there is a sign showed “A party tonight all you can drink for 500 yen”, we went there about 18:00 so we think we might be too early so we go get some eat at kitsutsuki. FYI kitsutsuki is on wikipedia travel guide and its recommended because its not too expensive for backpacker.

After that I went to Peter’s student apartment and WOW I saw ps3, although he only have ps2 game, but still waw, I never knew that he also like game. Few months ago when we talk we found out that we like movies and this time we found out that we also like games. so that’s actually the first time I play the ps3 in my life. cool. I also see the ps store where you can see trailer and play demo game through the internet. its cool. I never knew ps3 has evolved like this. now if only I have a tv I definitely would buy ps3, but I need to save first LoL.

after playing around when we get back to the bar, the party is actually kinda over. we found out that the party is not at the bar, but at the backyard and to my surprise its actually started in about 18:00, just when we first arrived. oh well, but interesting things is to see a lot of people drunk there. including one of the highest rank guy at the place.

Singaporean friend and Jam session

Last week when I went to Tanabata festival, I met a singaporean couple. And yesterday I found out that the guy is a pilot and the girl was flight attendant. That’s why their english is quite good, and it’s been a while too since I met singaporean. After getting showed the japanese language school which the girl enrolled, we ate together and I went home.

Later on at night I went to see a band practice session. The band is my co-worker’s band. I was picked up at the station by his friend Mr T. Mr T is going to be the next leader of the music club in our work place. Current leader is Mr Y which also on the same band. And I found out that Mr Y is actually from tokyo, no wonder it just feel different.

He drove a nissan GT Skyline Sport car, bring his guitar multi effect Bose GT5 and a custom Rockman Pod Line in, and actually he also has several guitar which one of them is Les Paul which worth around 260.000 yen.

It’s cheaper than the most expensive Les Paul that I ever saw which is around 700.000 yen the other day ago, but still…. this is actually the first time I met a musician which such a beast of equipment. Ow and the Multi Effect and other several effect is HARD CASED. I’ve seen a guitar being hard cased a lot of time but this is my first time I saw the whole multi effect equipment is hard cased too.

After the session I went out dinner with both Mr Y and Mr T, the current and future leader of music club. From today on I might be biased on the thinking that the japanese that was born in Tokyo IS rich.

ビアガーデン

昨日、仕事帰るとき、同僚と一緒にビアガーデンに誘った。ビアガーデンってどういうものか昨日初めて知った。

屋上でセクシーなおねえちゃんがウェイトレスとしてあっちこっち回っている。それはビアガーデンだ（笑）。あまりにもアルコールに弱いので、ビールは一杯しか飲まなかったけど、一杯食べてきた。ちなみに、面白いことに、「だっち」という言葉を覚えちゃった（笑）。

帰るに、またメイド喫茶とかに行くという計画が立てたけど、満席なので、結局帰ってきた。

7th of July is Tanabata festival in japan. And today, OICC had some event based on it.

yakiniku and karaoke

Friday 4th July 2008.

There is a new man transfered like about a month ago into the department. And today is his welcome party. The event was held in yakiniku place. This is like the 5th time I went to yakiniku place in japan. I ate a lot of meat There.

After eating some of us went to karaoke. This could be coincidence but I think this was also my 5th time I went to karaoke.
